Modify the Injection Machine Mechanism to Enhance the Recycling of Plastic Waste Mixed with MHD Nanoparticles

چکیده

Recycling plastic waste (RPW) benefits the ecological footprint. Therefore, authors test its mixing by magnetic hydrodynamic MHD nanofluid materials such as alumina in two sizes (βcore, βskin) prepared into a new device called incubator installed desktop injection machine to enhance solubility taking advantage of mixture’s heat via defining oblique stagnation-point slip flow (OSPSF) dimensions. The paper has been innovative mathematically identifying operating parameters’ values for mechanism (IFM) controlling Riga field and piston orifice pressure using meta-heuristic algorithm WSA. proposed is used experimentally mixture properties control meet output quality predict equation plate. IFM controls amount pushed nanoparticles with ratio aluminum approximate 96.1%: 3.9%. defects were reduced approximately 23.21%, an increasing system performance 70.98%.
